Let’s get one matter clear:
A whey protein supplement is absolutely not the best protein supplement.
As A Matter Of Fact, for around 88% of white individuals, a whey protein supplement is POISON.
This means that if you are using a whey protein supplement there is an 88% chance that you are poisoning yourself.
This article is my unique contribution to the protein supplement debate. I have not encountered it covered anywhere else, and I now recognise that this matter is critical. This is not hype, I have written this so that you give this article the proper attention it deserves.
This article will unrabel the connection between your blood type and what the best protein supplement is for you
Article highlights:
· how the best protein supplement for you depends on your blood group
· what does your blood type say about your protein supplement
· the blood type lectin connection
· how lectins play a role in your selection of the best protein supplement
· where did I come up with this
· bringing the pieces together
I’d like you to meet lectins
Lectins are proteins found in food that interact with your blood type based on the various antigens that they comprise. What this means is that certain foods will react negatively with certain blood types while being completely neutral to others
Consuming lectins that are incompatible with your blood type produces digestive, metabolic and immune distress. Lectins can cause your blood cells, as well as other cells, to aggutinate (stick together in clumps). They can also interfere with protein digestion.
Well what does all this have to do with picking the best protein supplement?
A protein supplement holds the lectins from the food from which it was formulated
If you consume a casein protein supplement you will be taking in casein lectins. If you consume a whey protein supplement, you will be consuming whey lectins. If you eat a soy protein supplement, you will be taking in soy lectins. The aforementioned story goes for a protein supplement from rice, hemp, eggs, or any other protein source
Hence, if you consume a protein supplement which was created from food that reacts negatively with your blood type you will get effects like: allergic reactions, impaired protein digestion, inflammatory and autoimmune disease, damage to intestinal lining, and many more
I’d really like to hear some backing up of that 88% number you proposed?
Caucasian population by blood type:
Blood Type O – 47 %
A Blood Type – 41 %
Type B – 9%
Blood Type AB – 3% ( origin, direct from my high school anatomy class book)
Type O and Type A should avoid the consumption of either whey or casein as it contains lectins that react negatively with their blood type — reference, a very well documented and popular nutritionary science book which I will be identifying later for suspension purposes.
Note: the preceding data is not up for questioning, it is established scientific fact, do your individual inquiry and find out.
47 (from blood type O) + 41 (from Blood Type A) = 88% of the white population - is warned against consuming both whey or casein – these two are the most commonly referenced as: “best protein supplement” protein supplements on the planet.
Let me pose a qestion!
If the best protein supplement is the protein that functions best for the most people, and the most favorited protein supplement, whey, is not good for about 88% of the white population — How can a whey protein supplement be the best protein supplement?
I’m not seeking to frighten anyone so let me present some clarifications:
- for type O, casein is unhealthier when compared to whey; if you are a [healthy] type O, you can eat whey at times and be free of symptoms; you should not consume casein in the least even if you are healthy;
- for type the aforesaid rules likewise apply — with one exception, for blood type A there is a 20% probability that the lectins in whey will be neutral, but you have to test for this
If you care about yourself (and I assume you do) avoid the thinking: “well I am a healthy type O and I’ve been ok with this protein supplement so I guess I am just gonna keep using it”. This is not a good ideea simply because you will be experiencing less than optimal results and doing yourself some gratuitous harm on this path. Think of it like this — a serving of french fries won’t kill you, but it will still be bad for you and cause systemic upset. So unless you really like the taste of whey (inside joke here) there is no reason to keep using it if you are a type O or A
What you should realize here is that this is more significant than it is commonly understood. You look at people on forums posting and babbling about the best protein supplement without recognizing that:
1 the best protein supplement is based on something called the best protein
2 the best protein doesn’t exist because all people don’t respond well to all protein – let me to say this again: no protein is beneficial for everybody, so there is no such thing as the best protien, or the best protein supplement.
I have preached about this before but it must be understood:
The best protein supplement is the protein supplement that is best for YOU.
And what is healthy for you is bad for someone else, so the whole concept of the best protein supplement is absolute marketing hype.
PS: If you’re reckoning to yourself: how can this be true, how come nobody speaks about this? Then just remember that the FACT that preservatives, artificial flavoreres, taste enhancers and other neurotoxic agents are used in your food is quite common knowledge.
